Cancellation policy

All workshops must be fully paid for at the time of booking in order to confirm your place.  In the event that you’re unable to attend after booking or would like someone to attend in your place please notify us by email as soon as possible to

The following conditions apply in the event of cancellation:

  • Transfer of your booking to someone else (organised by you) – No charge but please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid embarrassment at the event
  • More than 14 days before the workshop – Either 75% refund less booking fees or  transfer your booking to the next available workshop of the same stage
  • Less than 14 days before the workshop – No refund or transfer
